Remove the back of the plantain, cut to any size you like, set aside and prepare the rest of the ingredient. Blend tomatoes, peppers and chop the onions too.
Set a clean pot on heat, add 150-200ml palm oil, add some onions, add the tomatoes and fry for 20 minutes
Once the tomato is fried, Add the meat and stock, add the crayfish, 1 cup of water and then the liver. Stir and cover your pot to boil.
Add the plantain, the remaining onions, cover and cook for the next 15-20 minutes.
Once the plantain is properly cooked, Add some vegetables, I used fluted pumpkins.
