To make fried rice we start by precooking the meats, chicken and liver and chop the liver to small cubes.
Cow Liver {300g}., 2 kg of Chicken.
Also chop the vegetables - carrots, green beans, cabbage, green peppers and set aside as you can see in the photo above.
2 cups of sliced Green beans., 2 cups of sliced Carrot.
Precook and wash the rice, then cook the rice with water for the 15-15 minutes, you want it almost done but not fully cooked.
4 cups of rice.
Set a cooking pot on heat, fry the vegetables starting with onions, carrot, green beans, fry for 3 minutes then add the liver.
Add the sweet corn and let it fry for another minute. Add the chicken stock, a teaspoon of salt, one seasoning cube and powder pepper to taste.
1 cup sweet corn., 1 teaspoon ground pepper
Stir and taste.
Add green peas and follow with cabbage, stir all together before adding the curry powder. 2 table spoons should be enough.
4 cups of sliced Cabbage., Curry powder
Stir all together and taste for salt.
Add the green peppers, stir then add the precooked rice too. Stir all together and allow the rice to simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
1 cup of sliced Green pepper.
You have your mouth-watery fried rice ready to serve.
